After playing the game for a while, chances are the Chirper will not be that useful so you may as well remove him. If you click the tags he posts, they take you to the Cim that’s relayed the message. The little blue bird at the top of the screen is the Chirper and he relays messages from Cims in your city which may help highlight any problems.
Instead of clicking buildings, all you rneed to do is have them in your view and any burned out or abandoned buildings will simple be demolished. With this mod activated, clicking the bulldoze button in the bottom right changes its fucntionality. This is a great mod because it takes away the hassle of having toi search around your city looking for burned out or abandoned buildings which have to be individually clicked to be removed.
